Naming the bistro and bar "Absinthe" was to bestow the feeling that we are a casual Bohemian style Bistro. Our branding "Good Food, Good Booze, Good Wine, Good Tunes, and Good Times" is reflected in the overall feel with French Bistro style menu, a huge bar, a wine cellar, Alternative and 80's style rock house music and live entertainment, and an inclusive feeling that everyone is welcome here to enjoy themselves. If you want to have a great meal and get tanked this is the spot. It's a good spot to take a date for dinner or go and drink with your buddies for a night on the town. Absinthe Girls are HOTTTT!
